Which is the Most Polluted State in this World?
Pollution: We speak, think and even experience a lot about this term. From our childhood, we have studied from schools about the different types of pollution that spoils the Environment which affects the livelihood.
What is Environment? The surroundings or conditions in which a person, animal, or plant lives or operates. What is Environmental Protection? Prevention of damage to air, land, water and living organisms.

We are least bothered about one sector in the definition of Environment which is person or human being. In the recent decades, Education is highly decorated, packed and delivered with attractive marketing strategies. It teaches the theory to deal with the machinery life not the human life. It is like missing the U in the above picture.
Don’t you feel that something we are missing to address when we discuss the pollution? Yes we are. If so, what is that? It is Emotional Pollution. Devastation not only happens in Panchabhoothas, it also happens in human mind and values. It has to be addressed as early as in childhood. That is the stage where we can inculcate anything good into their mind. Brain will adapt it easily.
The Most Polluted State in this World is State Of Mind:
Reason for Emotional pollution is stress. Stress is emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. Many children are unattended and they are lacking something which is LOVE may be from parents, friends, teachers and society. Everyone is running behind results and numbers. Stress starts from carrying a School Bag of minimum 5 kg and more of books on the back at tender ages. After reaching school, only lessons in the syllabus are being taught.
Happy that our system has a plan to change a lot and preparing young generation to combat with any kind of crisis by empowering the cognition. Cognition is misunderstood at many academic institutions. It is not only acquiring knowledge through experiences and senses but also through THOUGHTS as well. By depriving the thoughts, what we are going to teach the children? Many bullying issues, peer pressure comes out due to the poor moral cultivation at school level. In these cases, more reactive activities are seen rather than the understanding nature within children.
It is the right time to understand and start working on cultivating moral values to children and up-skill the Emotional well-being. We should help them to train their mind to cope with any crisis. That is what the exact resilience is. It will definitely create a wonder-filled future for them. They will then start looking everything around with different perspectives. Their thoughts will be more polite than pollute.
Apart from all sensory organs, feelings should drill down and merge with deeper values, failing which the entire society will be polluted. Emotional calamity may happen to a person with stress when driving a vehicle and waiting in the traffic, in a queue for buying something, at cafeteria, when writing emails to clients etc., etc., It affects the society with his behavior in Emotionally Polluted State.
Things to be underlined are: how a person has to behave in a stress mode when others are trying to push his button.Whether to react or to get burst within him or to take it easy by the higher moral values that soothes him.
Higher Values can come out with some deeper values such as:
1. Love and compassion within himself, fellow humans, nature and animals. (Spirituality can be the best tool) Note: Spirituality & Religion are different.
2. Doing some sort of service to the mankind and nature. That is the real service to GOD.
3. Respecting parents and elders. It earns more blessings and can become more dynamic.
4. By knowing his true potential within. He can practice some mind engineering work through Breath exercises and Meditation.
Human Life is nature’s wonderful gift. Right nurturing with higher values at the right time, nourishes and creates a higher immune system that helps us to prevent from Emotional Pollution.
