I am Rakesh Babu N.R — a Psychologist, Human Potential Researcher, and Founder & Director of Shreshta Minds (OPC) Private Limited.
For over 21 years, I have been dedicated to empowering individuals, institutions, and communities through psychology, education, leadership development, and holistic wellbeing.
Over the past 15+ years in Mental Wellness Coaching, I have had the privilege of guiding 9,000+ individuals through psychological consultations, career guidance, emotional wellbeing programmes, behavioural interventions, and personal transformation initiatives.
Every interaction has reinforced my belief that every individual possesses extraordinary potential waiting to be discovered.
A significant part of my professional journey has been dedicated to brain potential assessment, through which I have assessed thousands of individuals.
These evidence-informed assessments help students, parents, professionals, and organisations understand learning preferences, personality patterns, behavioural tendencies, leadership qualities, career direction, and hidden strengths.
It empowers them to make informed decisions with confidence.
Beyond individual consultations, I have addressed thousands of students, educators, professionals, and corporate teams.
Through workshops, keynote sessions and training programmes across educational institutions, industries, and government organisations, including ISRO, nationalised banks, schools, and colleges.
My sessions focus on psychology, emotional intelligence, leadership, mental wellbeing and human potential development.
I also serve as a Faculty with “The Art of Living”, where I mentor young minds through transformational leadership and life-skills programmes, nurturing resilience, confidence, responsibility, and purpose-driven living.
As a Doctoral Researcher in Psychology, my research focuses on Cognitive Emotional Regulation and Aggression among Adolescents.
My academic journey continues to strengthen my mission of bridging scientific research with practical human development, making psychology more accessible, relevant, and transformative.
My Philosophy
I believe every human being carries extraordinary potential.

When individuals understand how they think, learn, feel, and respond to the world, they gain clarity, confidence, emotional balance, and the ability to make better decisions.
Then they build stronger relationships, discover meaningful careers, and lead lives filled with purpose.
My role is not to change people. My role is to help them discover the extraordinary potential that already exists within them.
