Let your voice be heard!

Let your voice be heard!

In this world, we are flooded with information! Particularly this generation or this century has access to different platforms to gather information with single tap digitally. This is really a boon. People who love to share their knowledge to this world also has got access through many sharing platforms. Social media platforms plays a role as postmen to reach the senders’ information to their receivers.

There is a group of people who really has good information in their pocket. It is not coming out properly or even if it comes out, it is not reaching to the right receivers in large. I really wish their voices to be heard to large audience. Yes, social media is helping out. To be in spotlight, it is not sufficient. Let us do a simple survey. Let’s open our facebook (if you have it). Just scroll it up and down, we can see N number of people who post their ads about

their programs through paid promotions. How many lucky people who get more signups? Very few! Why is this happening when the business strategy of ad promotion is same to everyone?

I really searched for it and got the answer as well. It is also known to many. It is “ESTABLISHING OUR-SELF”. Ok! what should one do after establishing matters a lot. Let me narrate that with a  story!

In Kerala (Southern Part Of India – also called as God’s Own Country!), there was a person named Soman. Soman is from a agriculture based family. He has his own coconut farm, cattle and poultry at his place. He later thought of enhancing his skill in communication. So he joined an academy for polishing his skills. He acquired some basic skills. Whenever the coach ask him to talk about some given topic, he fumbled and hesitated to talk as the batch mates were from some educated family and they speak good English compared to him.
One fine day, the coach got irritated; shouted at him and said you talk whatever you wish. Soman started talking about his farm. He spoke about 20 minutes. Right from the start to end of the speech, he didn’t talk about anything else other than coconut trees. Yes, this is how he  spoke! In my farm, there are many coconut trees. We tie our pashu (Cow) in our coconut trees. Under the Coconut trees, we have lot of small plants. Coconut trees give shadows to those plants. Coconut tree is good for the country. Kerala is named with “Kera” that is Coconut tree. So we planted many Coconut trees in our farm. Coconut oil is good for health. With coconut oil, we can fry food items, papadam (Papad) can be fried. In Kerala we all use Coconut oil for our hair before and after bathing. Coconut trees gives all such good things. Coconut Water (he meant tender coconut water) is good to cool our body and like this the story went on for 20 more minutes The coach and batch mates were just admired this.
After the day’s session coach called to his cabin and asked him. How did you speak today? Innocently he replied, I know only about Coconut and hence I spoke whatever I knew. Coach then explained him that “Coconut” is his USP (Unique Selling Proposition). Keep working on your USP, you can sell anything with your USP. Soman got the point and is now leading a happy life. The End! 🙂
If a person who loved their voices to be heard out loud, they can Establish their Name with right USP, this world is waiting for them. Lot of good information should be shared and to reach the large numbers. Let the light of Knowledge spreads around. Knowledge helps people to travel in right path.
When you are established, your voice will be heard!
