Hold On

It was a breezy evening, Ram and his 10 years old daughter Janani gone for a walk. Ram was telling some moral stories and imparting the essence of life to the tender mind of his daughter. Janani was very happy listening to the enlightening words of Ram. On the way back home, they found a deteriorated wooden bridge which was heading. Ram and Janani continued walking on the bridge..They crossed half bridge. Ram got a gut feel that anytime the bridge may get broken and they may encounter a tragedy.
Without showing the worry in his face, Ram continued talking to Janani and asked her to hold his hands tightly as they walk on the broken bridge. Janani is very brilliant and remembers various moral stories that she had been taught. With a big smile on her face and confidence, she asked her father to hold her hands..Ram asked her what’s the difference in it? She started talking now…Achaa (My dear Father in Malayalam, South Indian Language), if I hold your hands, I may miss you by leaving your hands in the middle of any chaos. Whereas if you hold my hands, you will never leave me in any kind of situation. That is the faith that I have on you. So, better you hold my hands and I feel comfortable in it. Then Ram held her hands and walked on the bridge. Both crossed the bridge happily without any issues.
Like Janani, we should be very clear on what to hold and how to hold. We normally think that we are holding the hands of divine (for those who believes in divine power) or supreme energy. It is NOT. Always the higher or supreme energy holds the lighter energy. It knows the intensity of the grip. When we can understand this supreme concept, we can have a fruitful life with faith. Faith gives stable mindset and it helps us to be in steady state. When this stable and steady mindset arise in us, we can feel the completeness. It gives strength to steer forward.
Intelligent ones understands it in right way, when we have faith in God, Guru (Master) or Self, prosperity blooms in our life. It holds us tightly and we can start experiencing magical moments. Kindly don’t try to differentiate God, Guru and Self…All are same and all these three resides in everyone of us. Let’s have faith in the Self. Explore the Self..Listen to it…It will rightly guide you and will not leave you anywhere in trouble. That is the faith that we keep in God and Guru. Wherever you keep faith, it holds you well.
